The most experienced and esteemed group of individuals implementing the participating entities paradigm change are the core leadership of the Integral Athletic Training Center. Therefore, results are not based on a single aspect of improvement, but on achieving unity and interaction with all elements of the mind, body and spirit. Thereby, whether recipients of IATC are a national team, federation, entity or individual, they can be assured of receiving hundreds of years and thousands of hours of championship proven teachings.
Brain Trust—Compiled Successes

The brain trust of IATC is steeped in success after success. Some examples include:
Dr. Michael Spino, IATC’s founding director organized elite coaches training for the 84’ and 96’ Olympic Games and Olympic Solidarity programs in the 2000’s for coaches from developing countries. His background is as a University professor, bestselling author of five books, such as “Mike Spino’s Mind/Body Running Program” and a multi-national championship cross country and track coach. A fellow of OPUS NOVUM, Dr. Spino fully leverages his networking capacities and gains trust from international sport leaders with regard to the integrity of his vision and the quest for achievement.
IATC team leader Dr. Lars-Eric Unesthal, author of over 40 publications on the application of mental training to sport, is an esteemed elder of applied sport psychology throughout the world. He is the originator of the “Swedish Model Mental Training Approach” currently adopted as a best practice in many countries around the world such as Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Korea, the USA, and throughout Europe. Dr. Unesthal’s mental training techniques are presently utilized daily by over 25% of the Swedish population. Coach Patrick Walker coached the Swedish Under 21 soccer team to world level applying Dr. Unesthal’s mind/body program. IATC, and Princeton University research scientist Dr. David Moreau is an energetic youthful luminary in research at the cutting edge of sport specific consciousness research and elite activity group selection.
David Meggyesy, author, teacher, and mentor of professional and aspiring athletes, played football for seven years in the NFL, and his teaching methods include: “Big Mind”, Psychosynthesis, Cognitive Psychology, and Integral Transformative Practice. Dr. Cees Vervoorn, organized the coaching staff of numerous Dutch teams. An Olympic swimmer himself, placing fourth in the Moscow 1980 Games, he also coached an Olympic Gold Medal winner. Dr. Claude Sobry, organizer of two master’s degree projects at Lille2 University in France (IMISTE) for education and (IRNIST) for research application, and author of many books on sport governance, economic factors and sport tourism.
