Design of Sport Training Environment
A Sport Training Environment includes:
A) The 1,000-meter soft surface exterior of the site constructed with crusher run gravel products. It is used for warm-up and endurance conditioning. A main use is aerobic and anaerobic activities such as warm ups, speed play, repetitions and pick-up accelerations important for all athletic activities.
B) The 60 foot sand incline for resistance training. This is for high intensity anaerobic conditioning on a very safe environment. A person can go full force without the worry of falling down and young people and children can have a safe and adventurous fitness experience full of fun trying their competencies on the training surface.
C) The 400 meter golf green quality straight away for pace running and speed training. This training device is located to either side of the higher performance surfaces.
D) The six-lane 80-meter high performance level sprint area that reduces into two lanes and extends for 400 meters and is accessible to stretching and mental training areas. A mental training station is placed within the environment for mental rehearsal and skill execution.
E) The 100 meter straight away is placed in the middle of the environment for skill training activities.
F) Sport training field and indoor fusal, and handball activity section.
G) Four mental training areas that are equipped to allow mind/body visualization activities, meditation, and focusing activities, Participants can attain a ‘zone attitude’ and take this directly into an element of the training environment. Each has its own themes such as tranquility, energy, focusing, event rehearsing, etc.
H) The meeting room for group activities, a rest room, stretching, and group discussion
I) Strength and stretching areas in strategic areas before, mid and after workout stretching.
J) Area for skill practice such as high jump or goal tender training
K) The tower for observation and overall coaching within the radius of the training center.
