A “KICK OFF” of an IATC program for a national team includes:

st Phase: A project begins with testing and recruitment of the potential group participants for particular program. For instance, if a nation believes it has 3,000 young people who may become their elite team, and others who are preparing as coaches and sport administrators, IATC pre-selection evaluations zero down on the potential cohort cadre with selective objectives.

nd Phase: Elite teams are chosen, interns selected and trainings of the target groups, coaching and administrative preparation commences. Focus in this phase is to designate the parameters and objectives with short and long term planning.

rd Phase: A national or entity feeder system is necessary for long term legacy change to the group. Reaching out to the engaged culture, establishing grass roots initiatives and especially family oriented health and fitness programs are created continually.

th Phase: Teams establish initial competitions on a regional, national and international level. These activities are thoroughly researched and interns are factored into areas where each segment begins protocols and follow-ups.

th Phase: University collaborations which have been in operation from the beginning of the program are now refined and published with interactions occurring at a higher level of involvement and government or entity policy.

th Phase: Continual assessment, renewals and reconsolidations are explored so that the direction of the project is cyclical rather than ending and being organized in a linear directive.
